Yes, appointments are required. Booking ahead ensures you get your preferred time and allows us to prepare a personalized experience for you. Same-day appointments may be available but are not guaranteed. Please plan to arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment, as our waiting area is limited.

Not exactly. We’re a cozy suite inside Skin Beauty  Bar — think less “day spa” and more “personalized retreat.” You’ll still get the spa vibes though, with soft lighting, aromatherapy, and hot towels that make every session feel extra relaxing.

You don’t need to bring anything special. For massage, you’ll be comfortably draped at all times, and for stretch therapy, we recommend wearing loose or athletic clothing that allows for movement.

Yes, there is convenient metered street parking near the location, and we’re also easily accessible by three metro lines (Orange, Blue & Silver to Eastern Market) and bus. 

We understand— things happen. You can cancel for free up to 24 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation or 50% for not showing up.

Soothe & Stretch Bodyworks is happy to offer massage services for minors with proper parental consent.

  • Clients under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian sign a consent form prior to receiving services.
  • Clients ages 16–17 may receive services without a parent present, provided written consent is completed in advance.
  • Clients under the age of 16 must have a parent or legal guardian present in the treatment room for the entire session.
  • A parent or legal guardian must remain on-site for all minor appointments.

Services will be modified appropriately for age, comfort, and safety. Soothe & Stretch Bodyworks reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if consent requirements are not met.

To maintain a calm, safe, and professional treatment environment, children are not permitted to accompany clients to appointments unless the child is the scheduled recipient of the service.


Soothe & Stretch Bodyworks operates within Skin Beauty Bar, a shared wellness space that is not designed or licensed for child supervision or childcare. For safety, liability, and consideration of other guests, children may not wait in treatment rooms, common areas, or reception spaces during adult appointments.


Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled if a client arrives with a child who is not booked for services and appropriate supervision arrangements are not in place.
